About Fiona McKeever
Fiona McKeever is an experienced lawyer, including 12 years (2007-2018) as a partner in Arthur Cox. In 2018, she retired from Arthur Cox to focus on developing leaders and now works as an Executive and Leadership Coach typically with with senior professionals at key career transitions and on different aspects of their leadership. She has prepared leaders for promotions, to take on new responsibilities and to manage stakeholders, clients and teams during the current Covid-19 period. Her coaching clients operate at a senior level, including CEO, MD, Partner and Country Heads.
Chambers Europe recognised Fiona as one of Europe’s leading competition lawyers between 2004 and 2014 so she understands the demands of the partner role and the challenges in building and managing teams, clients and business. The areas she coaches on include building confidence and resilience, developing and managing teams, and developing client relationships.
