About Paula Gibbs

Harneys

Hong Kong

Paula is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Restructuring department in Hong Kong.  She has experience in a broad range of commercial disputes, often with a cross-border element, including shareholder disputes, contractual disputes and fraud claims. Paula specialises in insolvency and restructuring and has worked on a wide range of matters on behalf of liquidators, creditors and other stakeholders.

Prior to joining Harneys in November 2017, Paula worked in the Litigation team at Chapman Tripp in Auckland, New Zealand on a broad range of complex commercial disputes, including priority disputes and international arbitration. She trained and qualified with Allen & Overy LLP, London.
