Breakfast will be served at 8.00 a.m. Our roundtable discussion will commence at 8.30 a.m.
We will also be joined by a world class guests speaker who will introduce the topic for our discussion.
Our session will conclude at 9.30 a.m.

Shane O’Donnell (Head of Corporate at William Fry)
Shane O’Donnell is a Partner and Head of the Corporate Department at William Fry.
He has been involved in a number of significant acquisitions, joint venture, venture fund, fundraising and take private transactions on behalf of Irish and international clients (both public and private).
In Chambers & Partners 2014, Shane O’Donnell is praised by clients for his top-rate negotiation and management skills. He is known for his work on split trade sales and recently advised Gordon Brothers on the acquisition of department store Clerys.
