I am very much looking forward to returning to Dublin this Friday for our very special  LBDC  (“Lawyers’ Business Development Club“) guest speaker event.

Julie has kindly agreed to give us a Talk about her personal career journey at this special  LBDC  event.

Daniel O’Connell is the Managing Partner of Kerman & Co.

He co-founded Kerman & Co with Andy Kerman.

Daniel was admitted as a solicitor in the Republic of Ireland in 1988 and in England and Wales in 1991.

Daniel studied law at University College Dublin.

Sean Nolan

Sean has worked extensively in the practice areas of commercial law, M&A, inward investment, joint ventures, shareholders’ agreements and IP. 

He has also acted for various commercial ports in relation to a wide range of matters including contributing to the Harbours (Amendment) Act 2009. 

Sean joined Kerman & Co as a Partner in 2011.  Prior to this, he was a Partner at one of Dublin’s leading international law firms where he practiced for 11 years. 

Sean is qualified in both England and Ireland, having attended University College London and the College of Law. 

He is co-author of “Buying and Selling a Business – Tax and Legal Issues” published by the Irish Institute of Taxation.”

Julie Sinnamon

Julie Sinnamon is the recently appointed Chief Executive Officer of Enterprise Ireland

Enterprise Ireland is the Irish government organisation responsible for the development and growth of Irish enterprises in world markets.

Throughout her career in Enterprise Ireland and IDA Ireland, Julie has gained considerable experience in a variety of industry sectors and international markets.

Most recently, she was Executive Director for Global Business Development in Enterprise Ireland.

In addition to working with a portfolio of companies across a wide range of sectors, Julie has taken a specific interest in Enterprise Ireland’s Strategy for Female Entrepreneurship.

Julie has a Masters Degree in International Business (Fordham & IMI) and is a graduate of the Stanford Executive Programme.”
